Job Description

As Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor on sales and support calls. You are responsible for proactively generating sales as well as handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. .You will oversee the day to day operations of the office for a glass company in its 5th year of business that is expanding at a rapid rate. It is an exciting atmosphere, and the position allows you to be involved in all aspects of running a successful small business. You will be responsible for work orders from start to finish; beginning with customer intake, scheduling, building quotes & securing contracts, ordering materials, coordinating installations, processing point of sale for payments (both deposits & final payments), and organization and delivery of invoices and receipts. You will be handling everyday customers (cash customers), contractor accounts and insurance companies. You will learn the importance of relationships with suppliers. You will be handling the ordering of materials necessary for the company to fulfill our contractual obligations. You will be responsible for coordinating deliveries, receiving shipments, and tracking invoices & costs related to specific jobs. You will be involved in sales and the negotiation to sell the job.

This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Professional appearance and personality
Able to lift 75-100lbs

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
