Inside Sales/Customer Services Workers Needed! Apply today! Want to work in a rewarding environment? Looking for a chance at a long term career? Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Wages start at $20Job Duties:
- Works with existing and potential customers to proactively and reactively sell products through consultative selling*
- Partners with the outside sales force to increase sales by supporting the outside staff through an established region
- Creates and maintains accurate customer database records by entering customer calls, results and order information
- Develops long-term repeat customer relationships
- Acts as a liaison between the customer and internal departments such as engineering, quality, legal and operations as well as the outside sales force
- Develops and maintains current product knowledge; maintains knowledge of market, new products or services, regulations, technical information, competition, warranties, product reliability and other general information of interest to the customer
- Supports the sales efforts of sales management while maintaining a positive and professional relationship between the customer and Generac
- Works with other functions, coordinates order release for shipment
- Interacts closely with support departments regarding dealer credit and order disposition
- Solid Product Knowledge, Strong Computer, Sales and Interpersonal Skills Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate and interact with diverse groups of people
- Ability to meet deadlines and organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
