Job Description
Inside Sales & Insurance Agent Recruiter Grand Island, NEWe're seeking an Inside Sales & Insurance Agent Recruiter for our client, a national Field Marketing Organization (FMO) that supports independent insurance and financial professionals. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy building relationships and driving business growth.Position Details
- Schedule: 31 hours/week Monday Thursday 8: 30 AM 4: 30 PM, Friday 9: 00 AM 12: 00 PM
- Pay: $19.00/hour
- Location: Grand Island, NE (in-person)
- Conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls to independent insurance agents nationwide
- Recruit, engage, and support agents to help them grow their business using Axford s tools and resources
- Collaborate with internal team to meet sales and recruitment goals
- Maintain CRM data and perform light administrative tasks
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and marketing strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-starter with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
- Recruiting and onboarding experience a plus
- Bilingual candidates highly desirable
