What You’ll Do

• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily to patients beginning treatment*
• Educate patients on how to use their prescribed rehab device*
• Answer questions and provide clear, confident guidance
• Assist with basic billing and insurance-related questions*
• Deliver a positive, empathetic patient experience throughout the process*
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance metrics*
• Accurately document all interactions in CRM/ERP systems

What We’re Looking For

• Previous telesales, inside sales, or call center experience required*
• Strong communication, persuasion, and call-control skills*
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Teams, and general computer navigation*
• Quick learner with experience using CRM/ERP systems*
• Positive, energetic, and patient-focused mindset
• Ability to work onsite in Clearwater, FL
