Inside Sales - Photography Sales Consultant
Are you a charismatic, high-energy closer with a genuine passion for family photography? Do you thrive in fast-paced, in-person sales environments where you can build instant rapport and guide clients to meaningful purchases?
Vita Brevis Fine Art -- a family-owned studio in Colorado Springs specializing in heirloom-quality family and children's fairy portraiture for over 15 years is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our supportive, fun, and high-performing team.
This is NOT retail sales, B2B, lead generation, or follow-up work. This is a pure closing role: You meet with clients immediately after their portrait session, present their beautiful images, discuss sizing/finishing options, and close the sale all in one 45-60 minute appointment. Appointments are pre-set for you (no cold calling, no chasing leads, no follow-ups). Expectback-to-back clients, up to 8 sessions per day.

Schedule (Full-time with benefits):
- Sunday-Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- Availability to occasionally cover other shifts (Thu-Sun)
What to expect day-to-day
Present stunning portraits from the just-completed session and guide clients through product options (prints, wall art, albums, etc.)
- Deliver a consultative, soft-sell experience focused on emotional connection and value -- no high-pressure tactics
- Handle high-volume days with poise and efficiency
- Participate in ongoing sales training and team development
Ideal candidates

- Experienced closers with strong B2C in-person sales

- Charismatic professionals who build genuine rapport quickly and listen effectively
- Confident, motivated, punctual, and dependable team players
- Those who can follow a scripted sales flow while staying authentic and natural
- Professional appearance that aligns with our luxury brand
Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay: $18/hour
- Plus uncapped commission+ monthly incentives
- Realistic earnings: $80,000-$120,000+ annually
