Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Holdrege, NE Pay: $19 $21/hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PMBe the connection between customers and production.If you enjoy sales, problem-solving, and keeping customers informed every step of the way, this Inside Sales Representative role is a great opportunity to grow your career in a manufacturing environment. You ll play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing customer orders, and ensuring a smooth flow from quote to delivery.What You ll DoAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will support sales for manufactured parts and finished products while serving as a primary point of contact for customers. You ll work closely with production, inventory, shipping, and external sales teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Support
- Prepare and process sales quotes, customer orders, and order revisions
- Enter and maintain accurate customer orders in the ERP/MRP system
- Provide customers with pricing, lead times, product availability, and order status updates
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and inventory teams to meet customer requirements
- Support timely delivery and resolve order-related issues as they arise
- Previous sales experience is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
