Join Our Team: Customer Service Representative / Spray Applicator
Looking for a role where you can work with customers and get out in the field? We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative / Spray Applicator who enjoys a mix of sales, service, and hands-on outdoor work.
If you have experience in agronomy, horticulture, pest control, or have operated a tractor or spray rig, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a company that values hard work and customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
In this dynamic role, you’ll split your time between customer service and field application work:
- Deliver outstanding service at the front counter and over the phone.
- Assist customers with product selection and order processing.
- Maintain showroom inventory and ensure a clean, organized space.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support outside sales efforts and communicate promotions.
- Handle light administrative and office tasks.
- Transport equipment using a company truck.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides to golf courses and other properties.

Qualifications
- Trade school certification preferred (or high school diploma with relevant experience).
- Background in agronomy, horticulture, pest control, or similar field.
- Experience operating tractors or spray equipment (or willingness to learn).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience with AS400 or similar systems is a bonus.
