Inside Sales Representative

Essential Personnel is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support sales operations and customer relationships for a reputable company in Holdrege. Ideal Sales Representative candidates will have at least 2 years of previous experience in sales or customer service, an associate degree or equivalent, strong communication skills and solid computer proficiency. Preferred Inside Sales Representative candidates are organized, customer focused and comfortable juggling multiple priorities efficiently. If you are confident in sales, possess the ability to grow a customer base and are skilled at developing relationships, we want to hear from you!

Requirements for Inside Sales Representative:

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience

• Superior attendance record

• Previous sales experience

• Outstanding communication skills

Responsibilities for Inside Sales Representative:

• Sell products using consultative selling techniques

• Develop and strengthen customer relationships

• Maintain accurate records through documentation

• Act as liason between customers and internal teams
