About the Inside Sales Representative - Asana:

MarketStaris looking for a B2B Inside Sales Representatives for our Asana team. This is a world-class brand in the team project and task management industry, with apps and integrations across the web and multiple operating systems.  As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you willbe responsible forthe full cycle sales process bringing new customers to the Asana platform.

Location:Ogden, UT - Hybrid

What will you do?  

  • Understand and execute the full sales cycle with an assigned book of business which could include new and/or dormant customers.

  • Understand and execute the lead management process to include lead generation, scheduled meetings, account optimization,follow upandhand offsthrough continued support.

  • Utilize and learnnew technologyto provide explanations and solutions to customers

  • Daily tasks include outreach, introduction calls, presentations, and basic problem solving. 

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly assigned quotas by tracking progress and performance. 

  • Effectively communicate with customers and provide sales support to close deals.

  • Participate in regular 1:1’swith manager to review business and performance results.

  • Adopt and mastercompanysalesprocessesto ensure consistent quota attainment.

  • Prepare forengagement with customers through industry, company, and product research.

  • AccuratelymaintainCRM data points to enable data driven strategic plans and to surface valuable customer insights.

  • Exhibit professionalism through continued learning, organization, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Successfultrack recordinprevioussales roles; B2B and/or direct sales experience preferred

  • Computer literate and familiar with programs such as Microsoft Office, Google Tools, CRM’s; familiarity with Asana preferred

  • Demonstrate verbal and written skills that effectively communicate with customers via phone, virtual, email,presentations,and product demonstrations.

  • Motivated to learn to handle high pressure situations, objections, and concerns when working with customers.

  • Individual who consistentlydemonstratesconfidence, ambition, adaptability, and resilience in tasks and engagements with others.

  • Ability to execute proven processes and analyze data to make informed decisions, find creative solutions, and solve problems.

  • Able to manage time in a structured and organized way to ensure deadlines are met and quotas are obtained.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and to work collaboratively with teams across the organization

  • Sales Degree / Sales Certifications are a bonus

  • Familiarity with reporting and sales analytics is preferred but not
