Join Our Team as an Inside Sales Specialist – Drive Growth and Make an Impact!Are you a motivated salesperson with a knack for building relationships and a passion for the construction industry? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, earn competitive pay with commission incentives, and enjoy a supportive work environment. If you're located near Scottsbluff or Gering or willing to relocate, this could be your next career move!In this role, you'll be instrumental in managing leads, estimating projects, preparing proposals, and providing exceptional on-site customer service. With on-the-job training provided, you'll quickly get up to speed and start making an impact. While most work is based out of Gering, expect to travel 2-3 days per week to meet with clients and support project execution—company vehicle included.Required Skills:
  • At least six months of sales and/or construction experience*
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills*
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel*
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle customer interactions professionally*
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous estimating or proposal writing experience*
  • Familiarity with construction or estimation software*
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or industry-specific certifications are a plus*
  • Prior experience in sales, estimating, or construction environments
Other Requirements:
  • Must reside in or near Scottsbluff/Gering or be willing to relocate*
  • Ability to travel 2-3 days per week*
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
