Insight-Warehouse Worker-Industrial Lincoln, NE 7 Months
Job Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and deliver materials within or near the work site using forklifts or other equipment.
- Wrap and weigh materials or containers, recording information on required forms.
- Fill orders, package goods, load trucks, and move stock within the warehouse.
- Transport materials to and from production areas.
- Interpret and follow written pick slips, including quantities, lot numbers, and labels.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness (sweeping floors, cleaning spills, organizing stock).
- Ensure proper organization of materials and storage areas.
- Pass forklift training test and operate equipment safely.

- Excellent punctuality and reliability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions.
- Ability to read and understand oral/written instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Effective communication in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Knowledge
- Compliance with all warehouse safety guidelines.
- Knowledge of basic math, counting, and inventory procedures.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must wear steel-toed shoes.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
