What You’ll DoAs an Inspections & Applications Processor, you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating and processing rental applications accurately and efficiently*
  • Reviewing applicant information and supporting documentation*
  • Assisting with property inspections and documenting findings*
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems*
  • Communicating with applicants, tenants, and internal team members*
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines*
  • Supporting administrative tasks within the single-family department*
  • Helping maintain an organized and efficient workflow
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills*
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively*

  • Basic computer skills and comfort working in databases or office systems*
