Job Description

Job Title: InspectorLocation: Mankato, MNCompensation: $18.00 per hour - paid weeklySchedule: 1st Shift | 7:30am-4:00pm | Monday-FridayJob Type: Temporary or Temp-to-hireAbout the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Inspectors for a leading complex assembly supplier located in Mankato, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as an Inspector:
  • Inspect coated boards and panels under a microscope for proper coverage
  • Perform coating touch-ups using precision hand tools
  • Use tools such as pliers, cutters, and small instruments during assembly
  • Handle and position boards for detailed inspection processes
  • Complete production and inspection documentation accurately
  • Enter data into computer systems for tracking and reporting
  • Follow supervisor instructions and support production operations
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards and company procedures
What You Need to Bring to the Inspector Role:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in electronic assembly or inspection preferred
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions
  • Ability to use basic computer systems for data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work under a microscope and remain seated for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and meet physical job requirements with or without reasonable accommodations
