Job Description
Air-Lake Machine & Manufacturing is seeking a full-time person for the following position.*Will train for the right individual.Final and in-process inspector/Shipping & Receiving: This role requires an individual to be able to use and read machine shop inspection equipment and interpret blueprints. Additionally, the ability to operate a forklift for loading and unloading trucks as needed is required. You will be responsible for packing parts and preparing them for shipment.Shop Helper: This role involves performing various tasks throughout the shop and helping in shipping & receiving, sawing parts, sweeping floors, etc. Schedule:
- Monday- Thursday hours: 6 am- 3:30 pm.
- Friday hours: 6 am- 10 am, and enjoy a long weekend every week.

- Have excellent attendance.
- Be able to read and understand blueprints.
- Have the ability to work in various areas of the machine shop as needed to meet production goals.

- Will have the ability to work independently, along with the willingness to work beyond a 40-hour work week when needed.
- Be willing to learn new skills as needed.
