đ What Youâll Do
- Assist lead installers with in-home countertop installations
- Remove existing countertops and assist with basic plumbing disconnects (when needed)
- Safely carry and position stone materials (team lift required)
- Interact professionally with customers on job sites
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and job site cleanliness
- Run occasional job site errands (materials, tools, etc.)
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
â What You Bring
- No experience required â weâll train the right person
- Construction or installation experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driverâs license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Good communication and customer service skills
đȘ Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 100â200 lbs (team lift)
- Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and kneeling
- Comfortable working in customersâ homes and job sites
- Willingness to travel locally (occasional out-of-town travel)
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
