Countertop Install Assistant
Bozeman, MT | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

What You'll Bring
No experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Previous countertop installation, construction, carpentry, or general labor experience is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic math and measuring skills.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to safely lift and carry 100–200 lbs. with assistance.
Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, kneeling, and twisting throughout the day.
Willingness to travel locally, with occasional overnight travel when required.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Lead Installer with the professional installation of premium countertop surfaces.
Carefully remove existing countertops and disconnect plumbing fixtures when required.
Deliver exceptional customer service while working in customers' homes.
Maintain company vehicles in a clean and professional condition.
Pick up materials, tools, or supplies from the shop as needed during installations.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Schedule:Monday–Friday (Day Shift) .
