Job description:About UsEnvironmental Protection Services (EPS) is a leader in erosion control, stormwatermanagement, and street sweeping services. We support construction projects across

Northern Nevada by keeping sites compliant, safe, and environmentally responsible.Position OverviewWe are seeking hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as Erosion ControlLaborers. This is a hands-on, field-based role supporting construction sites withinstallation, maintenance, and removal of erosion control measures.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in theirwork, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities Install and maintain erosion control BMPs (Best Management Practices)including: Silt fence Wattles Inlet protection Track-out control Perform general site cleanup and labor duties Load/unload materials and equipment Work alongside crew members and supervisors to complete daily tasks Follow all safety procedures and company standards Ensure job sites remain compliant with environmental regulations

Requirements DL with Clean Driving History OSHA 10 or 30 construction Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Construction or labor experience preferred (but not required)Compensation & Benefits Eligible for Performance Based Hiring Bonus at 60 days of employment Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) 7 paid holidays 40 hours PTO annually Health insurance offered Opportunities for growth and advancement
