Mainstream is growing and we are looking for an outstanding Residential Install Plumber to join our team!

Position Summary

As a Residential Service Install Plumber, you'll perform plumbing system installations in occupied homes-replacing and upgrading fixtures, water heaters, and piping while ensuring minimal disruption to our customers' lives. This isn't new construction-this is skilled, detail-oriented work on the service side, where your craftsmanship and customer care truly stand out.

What You'll Do

  • Install and replace residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (water heaters, faucets, toilets, piping, etc.)
  • Provide clear explanations to customers and answer questions
  • Work efficiently in occupied homes while maintaining a clean, respectful work environment
  • Ensure all work meets code and safety standards
  • Collaborate with dispatch, service managers, and fellow plumbers to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Valid WA Journeyman Plumber License (required)
  • 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience in a service environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems on the job

What you need:

  • A Journeyman, or Master's Plumbing License
  • Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
  • Ability to guide and train an apprentice
  • Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
  • Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
  • Experience with plumbing repair, including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement
