Installation Manager | Warehouse Manager | HVAC & Plumbing Operations Coordinator

Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning and HRI Plumbing are seeking an organized, hands-on leader to oversee our installation operations, warehouse, inventory, scheduling, and job readiness processes.
This is not a desk job.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operation, working with installers, managing materials, coordinating schedules, solving problems, and making sure every job is ready before the crew arrives.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate residential HVAC and plumbing installation projects
- Schedule and support installation crews
- Ensure all equipment, materials, permits, and paperwork are ready before each job
- Manage warehouse organization and inventory
- Stage upcoming installation jobs
- Coordinate deliveries, subcontractors, and inspections
- Track inventory and purchasing needs
- Support installers with logistics and jobsite problem-solving
- Maintain fleet, warehouse, and shop organization
- Work closely with sales, dispatch, management, and installation teams
- Help improve processes and increase operational efficiency
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of construction or installation operations
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, warehouse management, or construction operations preferred
- Inventory management and purchasing experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated problem solver who takes ownership of results
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
