Pay Range: $22.97 - 28.48 hourly
Job Description: Your Piece of the PuzzleProvide professional installation and service support for electronics and custom home solutions, ensuring a high-quality customer experience from start to finish. This role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and servicing products while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, product care, and safe work practices.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
Install: electronics, audio/video, networking, control, and related systems according to specifications, wiring diagrams, and installation standardsTroubleshoot: equipment and system issues, test functionality, and provide effective solutions to ensure products perform as intendedCoordinate: installation schedules with customers, contractors, and internal teams to complete projects accurately and on timeEducate: customers on product features, operation, and system capabilities to enhance their overall experienceMaintain: accurate service documentation, manage parts inventory, and support warranty and repair processes as neededSupport: showroom displays, special projects, and team initiatives while helping maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
High School Diploma or GED preferred2 years customer contact experience required.2 years wiring experience preferred1 year experience in electronics service or repairCEDIA or other industry recognized certifications preferred but not requiredKnowledge of home theater, surveillance system, phone and home network systems.Basic construction power tool and carpentry skills preferredKnowledge & skill in:
Cable/wire types, applicationsIdentifying audio devices and components, and their interconnectionsConstruction/structural techniques/requirements/issuesDevice placementProper cable installation, and dressingVentilation and space requirementsProper equipment layout and mounting techniquesFollowing directions accuratelyUsing clear, concise communications
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Missouri residents must have Class E driver's license
Must meet and/or comply with applicable standards set forth in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act.
Lift test required: ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established requirements for the department.Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
