Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (After-hours and weekends only as needed)
What You'll Do
- Install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company standards
- Deliver a high-quality, professional experience to every customer on every job
- Handle both new construction and retrofit/changeout installations
- Read wiring diagrams and blueprints, perform air balancing, and complete sheet metal work
- Work independently while being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment
What You Need
- 5+ years of verifiable HVAC installation experience
- Skilled in both new construction and retrofits
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Universal EPA Certification
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- NATE certification (preferred) or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Trade School (preferred)
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles
