Job Description

Travel will be a large part of this role (up to 50% of the time), so you must have the ability to be away from home for extended periods of time and work irregular days/hours in order to complete installations when our customers are available.

Sunlighten is excited to be hiring a Sauna Installation Specialist/Installer to join our growing Custom sauna team. You will act as a Custom Carpenter installing saunas and traveling nationwide to expertly install our cutting-edge infrared saunas and deliver top-tier on-site support to Sunlighten's clients. This person will be responsible for entire installation projects from start to finish and must have the technical, mechanical, and building expertise to complete projects independently. You will have the opportunity to meet new Sunlighten customers every day and set them up for success with our top-of-the-line product. Installation will consist of both full custom sauna builds (requiring around a week’s time) and traditional cabin sauna installs (requiring a couple hours’ time). This person will be instrumental in elevating the customer experience by providing seamless installation and activation of our saunas.

Celebrating 25 years of innovation, Sunlighten has grown from its Kansas City roots to establish a global footprint, including expansion into the UK. With the global wellness market projected to reach $7 trillion in 2026, we are proud to be part of this dynamic and holistic shift. As leaders in light science and longevity, we create innovative solutions that help customers lead vibrant, active lifestyles. Personal care is the largest segment of the wellness industry, and at Sunlighten, we prioritize helping individuals unlock the transformative benefits of infrared saunas for a healthier, more balanced life.
