What would you do as a Installer
As an Installer at Valley View Granite, you will play a crucial role in the professional installation of granite countertops, vanity tops, backsplashes, and various stone products at both residential and commercial job sites. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all installations are performed accurately and on time while strictly adhering to safety standards. Your expertise and keen attention to detail will be essential in delivering the highest quality workmanship, leading to exceptional customer satisfaction and reinforcing our company's outstanding reputation in the industry.
What we're looking for in a Installer
To succeed as an Installer at Valley View Granite, you will need a combination of physical and technical skills. You must be able to carry 80+ lbs throughout the day and perform bending, stooping, and repetitive motions with ease. Regular maintenance checks on company vehicles will be part of your responsibilities, so a proactive approach to reporting any issues and following proper cleaning and upkeep procedures is essential.
Reliability and regular attendance are critical; while travel and overnight stays are rare, being open to these possibilities for specific projects or training is necessary. Adherence to all established safety procedures and regulations is paramount, as is the ability to adapt to changing business needs. A professional demeanor along with a positive attitude, courtesy, and a teachable mindset will further enhance your contributions to our dynamic and customer-focused team.
