Instructional Designer- Clinical Education

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

  • Our Instructional Designers are crucial in furthering the development of our employees on all levels.
  • You will develop, organize and execute learning programs, as requested by the departments we serve and in conjunction with our One Human Resources vision.
  • Collaboration with department leaders is necessary to deliver world-class learning experiences.
  • We will count on you to develop meaningful content that not only teaches our employees, but inspires them to achieve more than they previously thought possible.
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of e-learning software is required.
  • We are also seeking a candidate who loves to learn and thrives in a challenging environment.

  • The Instructional Designer assists in working toward our vision by partnering directly with our workforce via learning and development.

  • Understanding of SCORM and AICC Standards is a must.
  • Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Master's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 3 or more years in developing web-based learning.

Knowledge Requirements

  • Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Create Suite, video editing and rapid authoring tools like Premier and Photoshop.
