We are expanding and have an opening for top-performing Personal Lines Account Manager to join our award-winning team. With our insurance agency's extensive customer care work, and our amazing products and services, we are excited with the opportunity to maintain our momentum and continue to gain market share.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

- Directly supervise the CSR Team Lead and AM Team Lead.

- Oversee performance metrics: retention, turnaround time, client satisfaction, error rates.

- Drive implementation of new initiatives and process improvements.

- Resolve escalated client issues beyond team leads authority.

- Develop, track, and report on team performance goals.

- Build a collaborative, supportive culture across service and sales functions

Requirements

- 5+/- years of experience in personal lines insurance, ideally in both service and account management, preferred

- Demonstrated leadership success in managing teams.

- Ability to balance client service with operational efficiency.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
