Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process efficiently and empathetically, ensuring a smooth experience. Policy Reviews: Conduct regular policy reviews and updates to accommodate changing client needs and market conditions. Customer Queries: Address inquiries and provide information in a timely and professional manner to foster trust and customer satisfaction. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate client records and documentation to support effective account management. Requirements Experience: Proven experience in customer service or insurance industry roles.
