Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Insurance Producer to generate new business and grow our client portfolio. This role is focused on prospecting, building strong relationships, identifying coverage needs, and closing new accounts across personal and/or commercial lines. The ideal candidate is competitive, self-motivated, and confident in developing leads through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts. Success in this position comes from strong communication skills, consistent pipeline management, and a passion for winning new business. Competitive compensation includes base salary plus commission and performance incentives.
Salary Range: $30000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, outbound calls, and community engagement
Identify client needs and conduct thorough coverage reviews across personal and/or commercial lines
Present tailored insurance solutions and close new accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage retention and cross-selling opportunities
Actively manage and track sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and annual production goals
Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and renewal opportunities
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent client experience
Stay informed on carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and market trends
Maintain active insurance licensing and complete all required education to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations.
RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to connect with clients and build relationships
Motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset with a drive to succeed in sales
Comfortable making outbound calls, networking, and following up on leads
Organized with basic time management and pipeline tracking skills
Positive attitude, coachable, and open to feedback for continuous growth
Completion of high school or equivalent (or higher education)
*Preferred: Insurance license and previous sales experience
*If unlicensed, must be willing to obtain licensing and complete product training
