The Atlantic District is looking for an Insurance Agency Partner who enjoys helping people make smart, informed decisions about their coverage. Salary Range: $220000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Build relationships with new and existing clients and help them feel confident in their insurance choices
Learn each clients situation and recommend coverage that fits their needs and goals
Guide customers through policy options, quotes, renewals, and account updates
Follow up on leads and opportunities with care and consistency
Identify gaps in coverage and offer thoughtful solutions that add value
Maintain accurate records and keep client information organized and up to date
Support a smooth, positive experience from the first conversation through long-term account service
Work closely with the agency to grow trusted relationships within the Ellsworth community
RequirementsProperty & Casualty insurance license, or the ability to obtain one if required
Prior experience in insurance sales, account management, or a related client-facing role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfort working with clients in person and over the phone
Ability to explain coverage options clearly and confidently
Organized approach to tracking leads, policies, and follow-up tasks
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software
Preferred: experience building referral-based business in a local market
Preferred: knowledge of personal lines, commercial lines, or both
