Our salary ranges from $36,000-$50,000 per year plus monthly commissions. This is a Base + Commission role paid through W2.

We are rapidly expanding and looking for enthusiastic, customer-driven, and knowledgeable people to join our team.

Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help may make you the perfect fit for this role. We pride ourselves on our top-notch customer service and are looking for someone who has the skills to deliver an amazing experience.

Salary Range: $65000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Connect with customers through warm leads, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Identify needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and more).
Educate clients on coverage options.
Close sales and build long-term relationships through integrity and service.

Requirements

What You Bring:

A people-first attitude with strong communication skills.
Motivation to succeed, learn, and grow.
Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (not required-assistance to obtain given).
Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required, we provide training!
