Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through cold calling, outreach, and converting leads into active policies
Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and present tailored solutions
Sell and cross-sell a diverse portfolio of Farmers Insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Build and nurture client relationships, deliver ongoing support, and conduct regular policy reviews
Surpass personal sales goals to fuel agency growth
Stay informed about product offerings and compliance regulations
Leverage CRM tools for lead management, client follow-ups, and policy renewals
Collaborate with team members, contributing to agency-wide sales strategies
Who Excels in This Role?
Our ideal Insurance Agent is motivated by sales, self-driven, and professional. Strong candidates will have:
1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Confidence making outbound sales calls and closing deals
A growth-oriented, coachable mindset
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual skills are a plus
