Salary Range: $125000.00 - $250000.00 per year

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Connect with prospective clients by phone, text, email, and referrals
- Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Prepare insurance quotes and proposals
- Develop sales and communication skills through hands-on coaching
- Work alongside successful agency owners and industry professionals
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
- Previous sales, leadership, athletics, military, customer service, or entrepreneurial experience is a plusbut not required
