Job Description

Are you highly motivated, self-driven professional who operates with a sense of urgency and is motivated to meet aggressive goals? As an Insurance Agent you will proactively call prospective customers and businesses to generate new referrals and new business. We are seeking a polished communicator to be the first point of contact with new customers. Base salary plus tiered commission structure and paid time off. We provide you with ongoing professional development and support on your path to success! Enthusiastic, outgoing, coach-able, positive, and motivated individuals only please! Salary Range: $40000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Be a team player
Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals
Offer insurance and financial products to meet customer needs
Review policies and update coverage
Create new selling opportunities, by cold calling and developing relationships
Locate and contact potential clients and community partners to offer services
Educate customers about insurance services

Requirements

Willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing a license is a plus
Independent self-starter
A customer-focused mindset
Goal orientated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sales experience is a plus
Bilingual candidates welcome
Strong business acumen, relationship management skills, customer focus, and drive for results
