Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers using warm leads, referrals, and outbound outreach
- Identify customer needs and match them with personalized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and more)
- Break down coverage options in a simple, helpful way so clients can make confident decisions
- Close sales while building strong, long-term relationships based on trust and great service
- Work closely with a supportive team that celebrates wins and pushes each other to succeed
- Use our tools, systems, and training to stay organized and drive real results
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary + commission (W-2 position)
- Base earnings of $36,000$50,000
- Paid training and full licensing support (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
