The Opportunity: Focused Execution

We provide the engine; you provide the fuel. We have built a world-class IT and sales infrastructure so you can focus on one thing: the conversation. You aren't expected to "guess" how to win. We provide the scripts, the daily schedules, and the lead database to ensure your activity leads to results.

Your Day-to-Day:

High-Volume Outreach: Working our verified database of North Texas companies.
Lead Prospecting: Utilizing HubSpot to manage contacts and track every touchpoint.
Appointment Setting: Securing in-person appointments for our qualified closers.
Mastery: You will initially work alongside a senior closer, learning the "Option C" strategy firsthand.

The Career Path: Graduate to Closer

This is a "Path to Closer" role. As you demonstrate a mastered understanding of our Three Pillars (Core Health, Well-being, and Strategic HR) and consistently hit your appointment metrics, you will graduate to a Closer role, managing your own deals and earning higher commission splits.

Requirements

Texas Insurance License: You must hold (or be willing to obtain - we will assist you) a Texas General Lines (Life, Accident, Health & HMO) license.
Discipline: You thrive in a structured environment. You follow scripts and stick to a schedule.
Tech-Savvy: You can navigate HubSpot (we will train you) and modern tools with ease.
Communication: You have a professional, persuasive presence on the phone and in person.
Resilience: You are motivated by a commission-based structure where your income is a direct reflection of your activity.
