Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Insurance Agent, you will:

• Generate new business through a combination of warm/cold leads, referrals, and community engagement

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and craft custom insurance solutions

• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance products

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-up

• Meet individual and team sales goals while contributing to overall agency success

• Provide exceptional customer service to strengthen client relationships

• Maintain accurate records and document all activity in the agency CRM

• Stay informed about products, underwriting changes, and industry updates

Desired Skills & ExperienceWe’re searching for candidates who are:

• Goal-driven, relationship-focused, and persuasive

• Experienced in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)

• Skilled in communication and closing sales

• Confident with outbound calls and conducting consultations (virtual and in-person)

• Highly organized, adaptable, and coachable

• Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (preferred) — or willing to pursue licensing
