Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new prospects, turning leads into policies

• Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend customized coverage

• Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships, providing ongoing support

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals

• Stay current with the latest products and compliance standards

• Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)

• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities

• Comfortable making outbound calls and closing deals

• Receptive to coaching, eager to learn, and proactive

• Highly organized with strong time management skills

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willing to obtain)

• Bilingual skills are a valuable asset
