Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Agent, your core duties will include:

• Driving new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies

• Conducting client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Selling and cross-selling insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Developing and nurturing strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and policy reviews

• Meeting and exceeding individual sales goals to support overall agency growth

• Staying current on product knowledge and regulatory requirements

• Utilizing CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals

• Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are passionate about sales, proactive, and professional. The ideal Insurance Agent will have:

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals

• A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn

• High levels of organization and time management

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual abilities are a plus
