What You’ll Do
Drive new business by connecting with prospects, sparking conversations, and converting leads
Consult with clients to identify needs and craft personalized insurance solutions
Sell and cross-sell top-rated Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Build trusting client relationships with ongoing support and proactive policy reviews
Exceed sales targets to help power agency success
Stay sharp with up-to-date product knowledge and compliance
Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals
Energize team meetings and sales strategy sessions with your insights
Who We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience or a record of goal-crushing performance
Outstanding communicator and confident negotiator
Motivated, resourceful, and fearless with outbound calls
Coachable, ambitious, and eager to learn
Exceptionally organized with great time management
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to get licensed soon)
Bilingual talent a major plus
