Your Role as an Insurance Agent
As an Insurance Agent, you’ll play a key role in growing our client base, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and fostering a positive team culture. This role is perfect for individuals who are motivated by long-term career success and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive agency growth through lead generation, prospect outreach, and converting prospects to lifelong clients
Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and offer solutions for auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support and proactive service
Meet and exceed personal sales goals with a focus on continual learning and improvement
Stay current on insurance products and compliance requirements
Effectively utilize CRM tools for managing leads, follow-ups, and renewals
Participate in team sales meetings, training sessions, and strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and closing deals
Growth mindset, receptive to coaching and feedback
Highly organized, self-motivated, and career-focused
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a plus
