Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique insurance needs.
- Offer tailored insurance solutions, including auto, home, and life policies, that provide comprehensive coverage.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Proactively identify opportunities to educate clients on their insurance coverage and suggest appropriate adjustments.
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
- Stay current with industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory change.
- Valid Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
- Georgia Life and Health Insurance (preferred).
- Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A genuine desire to help others protect their assets and futures.
