What You’ll Do
As an Insurance Agent Trainee, you will:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building
Conduct consultations to uncover client needs and craft tailored coverage suggestions
Sell and cross-sell products like Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
Build lasting client relationships with proactive service and regular check-ins
Exceed personal sales targets to power agency growth
Stay updated on product changes, compliance, and underwriting
Harness CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
Engage in team meetings and help shape sales strategies
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Confidence with outbound calling and closing deals
Eagerness to learn and accept feedback
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
Bilingual abilities are a major plus!
