Job Description

Seeking INSURANCE AGENTS - Full Time, Hybrid Position. Our Allstate agency is seeking energetic and driven individuals with a winning spirit to join our fast-paced sales department. As a Licensed Sales Representative, you will work with a dynamic team that shares your desire to be the best while promoting your growth and career. Incentives, Bonuses, and Commissions offered!

This is a SALES position and individual must be P&C Licensed.This is a HYBRID position, and individual must be able to work successfully from home and in the Office. Located in Austin.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, sphere of influence, and other lead sources.
Generate insurance quotes, explain coverages, and bind policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and be outstanding at relationship building.
Inform customers of promotions, discounts/savings, and new or upgraded products.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction and respond to customer inquiries.
Foster strong relationships with new and current customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Explain coverages and insurance policies and uphold the wants and needs of our customers to best suit their needs.

Requirements

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently but also with a team.
Strong work ethic and great customer service skills.
Professional Phone etiquette and strong communication skills - both oral and written.
Must have great listening and closing skills.
