Insurance And Financial Service Professional

Dan Knoll- State Farm Agency, located in Puyallup, WA, is seeking a licensed insurance sales-oriented individual who is dedicated in providing quality customer service and who wants to grow as anInsurance and Financial Service Professional- State Farm Agency Team Member. This role is for someone who has a solid understanding of the concepts of personal risk management and can apply them to help our clients protect from the unknown and build plans for the future.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification

• Starting base pay $25 - $50 per hour

Requirements:

• Must be dependable and enjoy helping people
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Bilingual not required but a plus!
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license
• Life & Health license
