Farmers Insurance District 11 is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Insurance Apprentice Program a hands-on development track that prepares you to become a success Agent.

Compensation: Base Pay + Commission+ Bonus Opportunities

Salary Range: $41000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most
Educate individuals and families on Farmers wide range of products
Generate new business through networking, lead follow-up, and marketing efforts
Deliver excellent service while meeting compliance and industry standards
Grow your book of business while building your path to agency ownership

Requirements

Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
