INSURANCE APPRENTICE $40,000-70,000 Yr

Are you driven, goal-oriented, and ready to build a long-term career in the insurance industry? Farmers Insurance District 41 is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Insurance Apprentice Program a hands-on development track that prepares you to become a successful agency owner.

Compensation: Base Pay + Commission+ Bonus Opportunities

What Youll Do

Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most
Educate individuals and families on Farmers wide range of products
Generate new business through networking, lead follow-up, and marketing efforts
Deliver excellent service while meeting compliance and industry standards
Grow your book of business while building your path to agency ownership

What Were Looking For

Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
Ability to obtain or already hold insurance licenses (personal lines, Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Life all acceptable)
Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
A passion for helping others and building long-term relationships
