Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage client communications, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and relaying messages.
- Assist with the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and databases.
- Process applications and follow up on pending items to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners as needed.
- Offer a warm and welcoming first point of contact for all clients visiting or calling the office.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
