We are looking for a Bilingual enthusiastic, customer-driven person to join our team as a Full-Time Insurance Customer Service Representative. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service to our Commercial and Personal Lines clients, addressing all of their insurance-related questions, concerns, and requests. Your positive attitude, rapport-building, and desire to help will make you the perfect fit for this role. We pride ourselves on our top-notch customer service and are looking for someone who has the skills to deliver an amazing experience while ensuring their clients have the coverage they need. Responsibilities

Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Process customer policy change requests.
Take premium payments from customers.
Produce certificates of insurance.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.

Requirements

Bilingual required with strong communication skills, both oral and written.
P&C license required.
Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
