Responsibilities:
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, including deductible, co-insurance and out of pocket
- Work collaboratively with our Patient Services team
- Assist patients in understanding their insurance benefits
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain benefit information
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Eaglesoft is a plus
