NOW HIRING: Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney ️

Fully Remote | Pennsylvania | Active PA Bar Required | Actively Interviewing!

Ready to take your insurance litigation career to the next level with a firm that handles sophisticated, high-impact matters? Our client is actively seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation team.

This is a fully remote opportunity for attorneys located anywhere in Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do:

• Handle complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation matters in both state and federal courts• Draft coverage opinions, motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda• Represent insurers in first-party property and UM/UIM claims• Litigate Pennsylvania bad faith and coverage disputes• Work on a variety of business litigation matters• Conduct legal research, depositions, discovery, and court appearances• Build client relationships and enjoy opportunities for professional growth and business development

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Bar License (Required)• Experience in insurance coverage and/or bad faith litigation• Knowledge of first-party property claims, UM/UIM claims, Pennsylvania bad faith law, coverage opinions, and insurance agent/broker disputes• Strong legal research, writing, and litigation skills• Federal and state court litigation experience preferred
