Job Details
We are hiring an Insurance Coverage Associate in Palm Beach Gardens, and this is a strong opportunity to join a well-established national defense firm with a highly respected coverage practice.
What You’ll Do:Handle insurance coverage matters involving commercial general liability and professional liabilityDraft coverage opinions, position letters, and responses to settlement demandsManage cases independently from intake through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, and legal research memorandaAttend mediations, hearings, and case management conferencesWork directly with partners on strategy and client communication
What We’re Looking For:3–7 years of insurance coverage experienceStrong background in coverage analysis and litigation supportExcellent research and writing skillsAbility to manage deadlines and cases independentlyActive Florida Bar license
